Capital Guard will never request personal or financial information through
unsolicited emails, text messages, or social media. All legitimate transactions,
including investment requests or invoices, must be conducted through our secure
official client portal.
All payment instructions must originate from our official client portal. All payments
must be made to a verified Capital Guard AU Pty Ltd bank account. Any
information originating from a domain other than capitalguard.com.au is not our
responsibility and should be treated as suspicious.

We have recently been made aware of a new scam involving a
website claiming to be from Capital Guard. This fraudulent website
used our name, logo, brand identity and a very similar domain
(capitalguard.co) to mimic our official website and trick users into
providing personal and financial details.

Luckily, this scam was taken down, but more such fraudulent impersonations may come
up, requesting urgent payments or sensitive information.
To protect yourself, always verify the source of any communication. Legitimate Capital
Guard communications will only come from our official domain, capitalguard.com.au, and
payments will only be requested through our secure client portal with instructions
directing to a verified Capital Guard bank account.
